Marketing & Sales Specialist (Full-Time Remote)

We're a fast-growing U.S.-based lifestyle brand that designs and sells eco-friendly wooden accessories—primarily sunglasses and watches. For every product sold, we plant 10 trees, with over 160,000 planted to date. Our customers include individuals, retailers, and corporate clients who value quality, sustainability, and meaningful impact.

Position Overview:

We're seeking a dynamic Marketing & Sales Specialist who thrives in a multifaceted role combining sales outreach, digital marketing, customer support, and content creation. This position is perfect for someone who wants to wear many hats and directly impact a growing sustainable brand. You'll be the voice of our company, driving sales growth while maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Generation (40%)

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospects and warm leads
• Draft compelling sales emails and follow-up sequences
• Execute bulk email campaigns to targeted prospect lists
• Manage and nurture leads through our sales funnel
• Follow up on draft orders and unpaid invoices
• Communicate with wholesale partners and prospects via HubSpot CRM

Marketing & Content Creation (30%)

• Write engaging copy for ads, emails, and social media
• Manage our social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Create and schedule social media posts and stories
• Write scripts for video content and social media campaigns
• Write and post regular blogs on our website
• Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
• Organize and curate user-generated content (UGC)

Customer Support & Communication (20%)

• Answer phone calls and text messages using JustCall
• Respond to customer emails and support tickets (Gmail, Gorgias)
• Monitor and respond to social media inboxes
• Provide exceptional customer service that reflects our brand values

Administrative & Growth Tasks (10%)

• Maintain CRM records and lead tracking in HubSpot
• Manage product listings across multiple platforms (Shopify, Etsy, Amazon, Faire, TikTok Shop)
• Assist with CEO's calendar management and email organization
• Proactively identify process improvements and growth opportunities
• Complete daily administrative tasks and special projects

Job Requirements

Essential Skills:

• Fluent English with exceptional verbal and written communication
• Sales experience – comfortable with cold calling and lead nurturing
• Digital marketing knowledge – experience running Facebook/Google ads
• Copywriting abilities – can write compelling sales copy and social content
• Social media management – content creation, posting, and engagement
• Shopify experience – product management and platform optimization, creating products, inventory updates, POs, etc.
• Phone confidence – comfortable speaking with customers and prospects

Technical Requirements:

• Full-time availability (U.S. Central Time strongly preferred)
• Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Comfortable with time tracking via Hubstaff
• Responsive on Slack during work hours (3-5 minute response time)
