Working Hours: Monday–Friday, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time

Engagement: Full-Time (Contract / Outsourced)

LoanBud is a rapidly expanding financial technology platform dedicated to SBA financing, connecting entrepreneurs to a nationwide network of lenders. We help small business owners access capital through a streamlined, technology-driven process.

Position Overview

LoanBud is hiring Marketing Associates to support our growing marketing efforts across content, CRM, paid acquisition, and SEO.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will be responsible for creating and distributing content, managing communication channels (email and SMS), supporting paid advertising campaigns, and improving our online visibility.

We are intentionally casting a wide net and expect to hire 2–3 individuals with complementary strengths across different areas of marketing.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Create written content including emails, landing pages, blog posts, and social media posts
• Assist in developing marketing campaigns and messaging
• Produce high-quality, conversion-focused content

CRM & Communication (Email + SMS)

• Manage CRM workflows, lists, and segmentation
• Build and send email and SMS campaigns
• Optimize messaging for engagement and conversion
• Track performance and improve campaigns over time

Paid Advertising (Google & Social)

• Support execution and optimization of paid campaigns
• Assist with ad copy, creative, targeting, and performance tracking
• Monitor results and suggest improvements

Video & Creative Content

• Assist in creating video content for marketing campaigns and social media
• Support editing and production of short-form content

SEO & Organic Growth

• Support keyword research and content optimization
• Help improve website rankings and organic traffic
• Assist with blog and SEO-driven content strategy

Marketing Operations

• Maintain organized workflows across campaigns
• Track performance metrics and report on results
• Support various marketing initiatives as needed

AI Tools & Workflow Improvement

• Use AI tools to support content creation, campaign ideas, SEO research, and reporting
• Test and implement AI workflows to improve speed and quality of output
• Review, edit, and refine AI-generated content before publishing
• Identify repetitive tasks that can be improved or automated with AI

• Familiar with tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, Descript, or similar
• Interested in using AI to improve speed and quality of work

Job Requirements

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in marketing or digital marketing
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with at least some of the following: CRM, email marketing, paid ads, SEO, or content creation
• Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to learn and implement AI workflows
• Ability to work remotely with a reliable setup
• Availability aligned with U.S. business hours

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Experience running Google Ads or paid social campaigns
• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
• Basic video editing or content creation skills
• Experience using AI tools for content, SEO, video, or automation
• Experience working with U.S.-based companies
