We’re a boutique ad agency that helps online coaches scale their webinar funnels. We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Marketing Coordinator who loves clean execution, accurate data, and working behind the scenes to make campaigns run smoothly.
This is not a “make it up as you go” role. You’ll be working inside client Meta ad accounts and our internal systems, following clear SOPs and decision trees. Accuracy and reliability are everything.

3. Light Media Buying (Stage 2–4 Monitoring)
4. Page Testing & Decision Trees
5. Client Meeting Prep (Bi-Weekly)
6. Light Executive Assistant Support
7. Basic Design Support (Canva)
