Full Job Description

We’re a boutique ad agency that helps online coaches scale their webinar funnels. We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Marketing Coordinator who loves clean execution, accurate data, and working behind the scenes to make campaigns run smoothly.

This is not a “make it up as you go” role. You’ll be working inside client Meta ad accounts and our internal systems, following clear SOPs and decision trees. Accuracy and reliability are everything.


Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Own (Key Responsibilities)

1. Test Deployment in Meta Ads Manager

  • Set up and schedule ad tests using our deployment software and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Carefully match settings to the test brief (budget, dates, audience, objective, creatives).
  • Double-check everything before publishing – we’re using client money, so mistakes are not OK.
  • Post a short summary of each scheduled test in Slack (serves as a QA check).

2. Reporting & Tracking

  • Update our Gold Coin Sheets (Google Sheets) with performance data from completed tests – first task every workday.
  • Keep all required fields accurate, complete, and properly aligned.
  • Keep our Scrum Doc and Account Management docs up to date with test status and campaign stages.

3. Light Media Buying (Stage 2–4 Monitoring)

  • Monitor Stage 2 and Stage 3 ads and move them forward (Stage 2 → 3 → 4) when they hit the metrics defined in our Account Management docs.
  • Pay attention to all the little “helpful” things Meta tries to auto-add (e.g., Advantage+ toggles, auto-expansion) and make sure our settings stay as intended.
  • Log changes and communicate important updates in Slack.

4. Page Testing & Decision Trees

  • Monitor page A/B tests and input data into a statistical significance calculator.
  • Follow our decision tree to decide whether to continue, stop, or declare a winner.
  • Document decisions and outcomes in our tracking docs and share key results with the team.

5. Client Meeting Prep (Bi-Weekly)

  • Fill in client bi-weekly meeting docs with current performance data, key test outcomes, and highlights.
  • Ensure the docs are accurate and complete so strategists can go into meetings fully prepared.

6. Light Executive Assistant Support

  • Help schedule meetings and manage calendars (correct times, links, participants).
  • Monitor designated inboxes, flag important emails, and keep things organized.

7. Basic Design Support (Canva)

  • Use Canva for simple image/video tweaks or variations when needed (no heavy design work).


Job Requirements

RequirementsMust-Have:

  • Hands-on experience with Meta/Facebook Ads Manager, including:
  • Understanding of campaigns, ad sets, and ads.
  • Familiarity with different objectives (e.g., Traffic vs. others).
  • Comfort working inside client ad accounts.
  • Strong attention to detail – you naturally catch small mistakes in numbers, dates, and settings.
  • Strong written English – most communication is via Slack and written docs.

Comfortable with:

  • Google Sheets (structured templates, accurate data entry, basic formatting)
  • Google Docs

  • Canva (basic edits)

Ability to work reliably during US-friendly hours (around 11am–8pm Eastern).
