We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director and Social Media Manager to join our team at Big Realty. This individual will be responsible for directing our marketing and social media strategies, coordinating daily, weekly, and monthly tasks, and ensuring that all marketing activities are executed efficiently and on schedule.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies.
• Oversee all social media accounts and campaigns.
• Coordinate with on-site video recording personnel and graphic designers.
• Manage and execute daily, weekly, and monthly marketing projects.
• Ensure all marketing materials align with our brand identity.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and tools and designs.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing project management.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategy development.
• Expertise in social media management and content creation.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
