Job Summary:

As a Marketing Lead, you’ll play a key role in understanding relationships with clients interested in land investment. You’ll communicate with clients in both English and Spanish, creating a trustworthy rapport and guiding them through the land-buying process and fulfilling their need for The American Dream Land. With a strong understanding of digital marketing, you will also be responsible for creating engaging content to promote land listings and drive sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Client Engagement: learn about potential clients in both English and Spanish to understand their needs, answer questions, and guide them through the land purchasing process.
• Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities, leveraging digital marketing channels and networking to generate quality leads.
• Marketing Content Creation: Develop high-quality advertisements, social media posts, and promotional materials using tools like Canva, Google Earth, and video editing software.
• Video Marketing: Create informative videos for YouTube to showcase land listings, highlight investment opportunities, and provide insights on land ownership.
• Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, creating content to nurture leads, promote new listings, and engage our subscriber base.
• Digital Marketing Strategy: Support and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including social media advertising, SEO, and email campaigns, to enhance visibility and drive engagement.
• Market Research: Stay informed on land market trends and competitor offerings to inform marketing and sales strategies.

Job Requirements

• Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent and confident in both spoken and written English and Spanish. Looking for low to no accent. Ability to think quickly and build rapport and negotiating with customers.
• Experience: 2-3 years in a sales or marketing role, preferably in land or real estate, or another customer-focused field with proven sales results.
• Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, especially in social media, SEO, and content marketing, is a strong plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in both languages, with a client-centric approach.
• Creative Content Skills: Graphic Design, proficient in Canva, Google Earth, and social media platforms; experience with video creation and editing is ideal.
• Sales Acumen: Skilled in empathetic negotiation, building trust, and creating lasting client relationships.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM systems, Google Suite, and digital tools to track and manage leads.
• Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented and able to work independently to achieve and exceed sales targets.
