We are a growing medical spa specializing in laser treatments, advanced skincare, and injectable services. Our brand focuses on delivering results-driven treatments in a welcoming, patient-centered environment.

Our primary audience consists of women ages 30–50, many of whom are busy professionals or mothers seeking time-efficient, high-quality aesthetic treatments that enhance confidence and simplify their self-care routines.

We are seeking a part-time Marketing Manager to support day-to-day marketing execution across social media, email, CRM, and promotions. This role is ideal for someone who understands our demographic, has a strong aesthetic sensibility, and can balance creativity with organization and execution.

This position begins at approximately 20 hours per week, with strong potential to grow into a larger role as the business expands.

Job Responsibilities

Social Media & Community Engagement

• Engage with followers through likes, comments, and messages
• Proactively reach out to potential patients and local businesses
• Support influencer collaborations and partnership outreach

Social Media Content Creation

• Create and edit posts, reels, and stories
• Schedule and manage content calendars
• Repurpose content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

Email & SMS Marketing

• Build and send monthly promotional campaign
• Manage segmentation and patient lists
• Support automations and nurture sequences

Website Updates

• Update promotional pages and website content
• Assist with simple landing page edits and design updates

Blog & Article Writing

• Write SEO-friendly blog content using ChatGPT and internal guidelines
• Repurpose blog content into social and email campaigns

CRM Management

• Update patient details and tags
• Maintain organized and accurate database records
• Support campaign tracking and reporting

Paid Advertising Support

• Create promotional ad creatives
• Monitor campaigns and report basic performance metrics
• Assist with campaign setup and optimization

Canva Graphic Design

• Design graphics for social media, website, and email campaigns
• Maintain visual brand consistency

Local Partnerships & Outreach

• Identify and contact local businesses for cross-promotions
• Support community marketing initiatives and collaborations

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills
• Experience managing social media for a business
• Canva design experience
• Basic video editing for short-form content
• Email marketing experience (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, GoHighLevel, etc.)
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Basic understanding of paid ads (Meta preferred)
• Highly organized and proactive
• Strong understanding of or alignment with our target demographic
