Marketing Services Coordinator

Full Job Description

Rehabmart is seeking a highly organized, execution-focused marketing professional to coordinate and deliver paid marketing services and company wide marketing initiatives. This person will manage projects from kickoff through completion, keep internal teams and outside contractors aligned, and ensure marketing deliverables are completed on time and to a professional standard.

This is a hands on coordination role for someone who can manage several campaigns at once, work cross-functionally, coordinate creative resources, and measure results.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end execution of vendor-paid marketing packages after handoff from Vendor Relations, including scheduling, deliverables, approvals, reporting, and closeout.
• Build project plans, track deadlines, assign or coordinate internal owners, and proactively resolve delays or missing information.
• Coordinate campaign execution across Vendor Relations, Content Production, email, social media, paid media, video, and other internal or outside resources.
• Coordinate sponsored content, press releases, and other content-based deliverables with the Content Production Coordinator while respecting established content workflows and ownership.
• Create basic digital marketing assets when appropriate and coordinate specialized freelancers, designers, editors, or agencies when outside support is needed.
• Coordinate email campaigns, social media initiatives, paid search, video projects, affiliate/influencer campaigns, trade show materials, and other approved marketing activities.
• Maintain accurate campaign calendars, project documentation, asset files, approvals, and status reporting.
• Track campaign performance, define practical metrics, and prepare clear reporting for internal teams and vendor partners.
• Coordinate additional company-wide marketing initiatives as priorities evolve.

Job Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, project management, account management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, deliverables, and approval workflows at the same time.
• Strong written and spoken English with professional communication skills and close attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing channels including email, social media, SEO, paid advertising, and campaign performance.
• Comfortable creating and editing basic marketing assets using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms, including social graphics, simple campaign materials, and basic video content.
• Ability to coordinate creative projects and provide clear direction to writers, designers, video editors, freelancers, and outside contractors.
• Strong organizational skills, follow-through, judgment, and the ability to work independently in a fast-moving remote environment.
• Comfortable tracking campaign results and preparing clear status and performance reports.
• Experience in e-commerce, healthcare, B2B marketing, or vendor-funded marketing programs is preferred.
• Experience with AI-assisted marketing tools, Zoho, Google Ads, project-management platforms, or comparable systems is preferred.
