Full Job Description

We are looking for a driven, detail oriented Setter Operations & Outreach Specialist to support outreach, customer engagement, recruitment, and CRM operations across multiple brands under Wavy Studios, and our portfolio of brands/ventures.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in communication based work, enjoys staying organized, and wants to grow inside a fast moving performance marketing and ecommerce ecosystem. You will be responsible for outbound messaging on social platforms, managing email outreach, re engaging customers, sourcing contractors, and keeping our internal CRM pipelines running smoothly.This is a high leverage position designed to take repetitive communication and operations tasks off the founder’s plate while helping accelerate revenue and improve operational flow across all businesses.


Job Responsibilities

Outbound DM Setter

  • Send daily outbound DMs across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads using established scripts and frameworks.
  • Warm up conversations before passing to senior team members.
  • Track all outbound activities and conversations in the correct CRM.

Outbound Email & Prospecting

  • Create and send outbound cold emails to brands, influencers, contractors, and potential partners.
  • Manage email inbox replies and follow ups.
  • Maintain cold email sequences and improve messaging continuously.

Customer Re Engagement (eCommerce Brands)

  • Contact previous customers to gather feedback, request reviews, and upsell products.
  • Handle open cart follow ups and abandoned checkout customers.
  • Request UGC submissions from customers and store them properly.

Contractor & Talent Sourcing

  • Identify freelancers and contractors for design, editing, email, SMS, customer service, and UGC.
  • Conduct initial interviews and outreach messages.
  • Assign test tasks and compile evaluations.
  • Present shortlists of vetted candidates to leadership.

Recruitment Pipeline Support

  • Source candidates for open internal roles.
  • Manage applicant tracking, screening, and assignment review.
  • Coordinate availability and communication during the hiring process.

CRM Management

  • Update CRM pipelines daily.
  • Ensure data accuracy, tagging, and lead status tracking.
  • Provide weekly summaries on pipeline health and outreach performance.

Project & Operations Support

  • Maintain updated SOPs and repeatable processes.
  • Help organize operations boards and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors and track deliverables.

General Founder Support

  • Prepare outreach drafts for approval.
  • Assist with research projects, organization tasks, and simple administrative work.
  • Provide weekly reports across outreach, customer feedback, and contractor performance.


Job Requirements

RequirementsStrong written communication skills.Comfortable messaging across social platforms.Highly organized, reliable, and proactive.Experience in outreach, customer service, recruiting, or contractor management is a bonus.Ability to work independently and handle multiple brands at once.Basic familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Notion or similar).Ideal Candidate ProfileFast learner who enjoys building systems and improving processes.Confident communicator with a warm but concise messaging style.Someone who can manage several different pipelines without dropping details.Interested in growth, marketing, ecommerce, and digital branding.Ambitious and capable of eventually growing into an Operations Manager role.
