Marketing Virtual Assistant — Acquisitions and Dispositions Campaigns (Land Investment)

The Role

We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to run our outbound marketing campaigns — mainly via text, ringless voicemails, and follow-up management. You’ll be executing proven workflows to generate leads from landowners and pass qualified prospects to our Acquisitions Manager.

You’ll also get the chance to improve systems, test messaging, and grow with the company.

Compensation

• Biweekly base pay



Career Path

This role can grow into:

• Marketing Ops Manager (manage teams + strategy)
• Marketing Director (own all marketing channels)

Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Launch and manage weekly multi-channel campaigns (SMS, RVM, email)
• Maintain and update campaign templates
• A/B test messages and track performance
• Manage and clean lead lists
• Coordinate follow-ups and campaign flow
• Use tools like Notion, Zapier, Make, and spreadsheets
• Document and improve processes

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Excellent English (written & spoken)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets
• Comfortable with marketing tools (Slybroadcast, LaunchControl, SmarterContact)
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated
• Experience with Notion is a plus
• Real estate experience is a bonus
