🧩 Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
Define targeting, audiences, budgets, and creative testing strategies.
Collaborate with the creative and tech teams to connect campaigns with CRM and funnels.
Analyze key performance metrics (CPL, CTR, CPA, ROAS) and implement data-driven optimizations.
Communicate with clients or project managers regarding results and recommendations.
🧠 Requirements
Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (1+ year minimum).
Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion campaigns.
Familiarity with Go High Level or similar CRMs (preferred).
Analytical mindset and ability to make data-based marketing decisions.
Proactive, responsible, and results-driven attitude.
Basic/intermediate English (preferred).
