We are hiring a Remote Paid Media Buyer to join our agency team and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being deep inside ad accounts, finding performance opportunities, improving campaign structure, testing new ideas, and turning data into clear decisions.
You will manage a portfolio of approximately 30–40 Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts combined, not 30–40 per platform, with internal support, clear priorities, and a performance-focused team environment.We are looking for someone reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
The right person communicates clearly in English, works well with account managers and teammates, has stable internet, and takes pride in accurate execution.
This is an agency role, so you should be comfortable managing multiple accounts, staying organized, following processes, and proactively communicating what needs attention.
This is a remote role open to candidates based in Latin America.

Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Oversee a portfolio of approximately 30–40 Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts combined.
Review account performance regularly and identify opportunities to improve results.
Build, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns based on client goals and internal strategy.
Manage budgets, bids, audiences, campaign structures, creative testing, and performance pacing.
Track key metrics such as spend, leads, conversions, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, CPM, and other relevant KPIs.
Identify performance issues quickly and recommend clear next steps.
Work closely with account managers, creative team members, and leadership to align campaigns with strategy.
Provide clear written updates on campaign performance, wins, issues, and recommended actions.
Maintain accurate campaign naming, tracking, reporting, documentation, and internal notes.
Follow internal processes and quality-control standards to reduce errors across accounts.
Stay current on Google Ads, Meta Ads, tracking, attribution, and paid media best practices.
Communicate proactively when priorities shift, when performance changes, or when additional support is needed.
Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns in an agency or multi-account environment.
Strong hands-on experience with campaign setup, optimization, testing, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Ability to manage multiple accounts at once while staying organized, accurate, and on schedule.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently.
Results-driven mindset with the ability to connect campaign changes to measurable outcomes.
Strong understanding of paid media KPIs, conversion tracking, budget pacing, and performance analysis.
Comfortable working with account managers, creative teams, and other internal team members.
Punctual, dependable, and proactive with communication.
Stable high-speed internet and a reliable remote-work setup.
Comfortable working during agreed business hours that overlap with the team.
Able to explain campaign performance clearly without overcomplicating the message.
Comfortable receiving feedback, asking smart questions, and improving processes over time.
Google Ads and/or Meta certifications are a plus but not required if hands-on experience is strong.
