Engage Media is a performance-driven marketing agency that helps agencies, insurance businesses, local companies, and e-commerce brands build scalable lead generation systems and in-house marketing operations. We specialize in paid media, funnels, and automation to drive real, measurable growth for our clients.

We are expanding our remote team and are looking for an experienced Media Buyer specialized in Meta Ads, with a strong performance mindset and a passion for optimization and results.

Job Responsibilities

As a Media Buyer at Engage Media, you will be responsible for managing, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns primarily on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). Experience with Google Ads is a strong plus. You will work closely with creative, technical, and strategy teams to connect ads with funnels, CRMs, and automation systems that convert.

This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking with creative strategy, enjoys testing new approaches, and thrives in a results-oriented environment.

Key Responsabilities:

  • Create, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
  • Develop targeting strategies, audiences, budgets, and ad creatives.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns to generate high-quality leads and conversions.
  • Build and connect funnels and automations using Go High Level or similar CRMs.
  • Analyze key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
  • Use data to make informed, performance-driven optimization decisions.
  • Collaborate with creative, technical, and account management teams.
  • Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients or project managers.
  • Stay up to date with digital advertising trends and best practices.


Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.

Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies, funnels, and conversion-based advertising.

Experience with Go High Level or similar CRM/funnel platforms (preferred).

Experience with Google Ads (bonus).

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented mindset.

Basic to intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal preferred).
