Fountain Forward is looking for a Campaign Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve our clients' objectives and drive business growth. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives across various digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a proven track record of successfully managing campaigns from conception to completion.
• You are the main person who executes any campaign-related work for our clients - that includes most of the new client onboarding, Facebook ad campaign building, and ongoing monthly recurring tasks for clients.
• Most of our work is set up in templates - but you will be editing the details to make sure they 100% match what is needed to be customized in any fields in email campaigns, text message campaigns, and ad campaigns, with precision and speed.
•You must be technologically savvy - we may use new tools for automating processes on a regular basis, so you will need to be able to take on new software tools often and be able to become an expert in using them quickly.
• We are disciplined and process-focused, so we will need you to match this principle as well.
-Develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with client goals, target audience, and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital marketing, and sales, to execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, social media, paid advertising, and events.
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery and optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and insights that inform campaign strategies and tactics.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, recommendations, and insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in campaign management and digital marketing.
- 2+ Years Experience managing digital campaigns
- Proven experience in campaign management, marketing, or related role, preferably in the Automotive Marketing Industry.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and project management software.
- Excellent attention to detail, especially with communication (written and verbal) and meeting deadlines
- Excellent proficiency in Facebook Advertising
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or other optimization tools
- Quickly develop proficiency in Google Ads and Amazon Ads
- Comfortable managing and optimizing digital advertising accounts with large budgets
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience with digital marketing agencies preferred
