My company has been successful acquiring & selling land for close to 10 years now. We are looking for a persistent, self-motivated Sales Specialist to sell our vacant land within the USA. The Sales Specialist will be provided with new qualified leads from individuals who have contacted our company with an interest of purchasing one or more properties from our inventory.
The ideal candidate is US based and will be fluent in English & Spanish.
What do you need to be able to do?
• You'll need to use the phone and call all leads with valid phone numbers
• You'll source your own leads through social media as well as working our leads
• You’ll need to talk to a lot of people on the phone find their problem and provide them value.
• You’ll need to be great at asking clarifying and qualifying questions.
• You’ll need to have access to US based mobile phone to use with our CRM
• You need to be able to easily use web based tools.
• You have to care about people and WANT to help them by helping solve their problems.
• You have to LOVE getting on the phone.
• You have to be persistent with your follow up.
• You have to be a team player & enjoy some healthy competition.
• You have to love to learn and improve your skills.
• You have to be willing to be coached and take action.
The right candidate will respond quickly (7 days a week), persistently, and nurture leads to ultimately convert those leads into sales. No high-pressure sales tactics are needed.
Experience in Real Estate Sales is helpful but not required.
Hours worked will vary based on the number of leads, but daily (7 days week) availability is required. Position is 100% commission after thirty days of training. We have a couple compensation packages to choose from. Training will be paid at a flat monthly rate, plus bonuses.
Commissions range from $500 to $5,000+ over the life of a customer. You can make $50,000+ per year part-time working from anywhere with your mobile phone & computer. There is truly no limit on the earning potential in this role.
You will be responsible to work with our other sales team members and respond and work with leads 7 days a week.
Respond to new leads in less than 4 hours during day-time hours (8 or 9am- 8 or 9pm in the leads timezone).
Follow up on qualified leads and close sales through effective communication and relationship building.
Generate new leads through social media and other channels to expand our customer base.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
You will need access to a computer and US based mobile phone (the CRM only will connect with a USA phone number) to work with our CRM.
Fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
