Full Job Description

Forward Van Lines / Brooks Moving and Hauling is actively hiring a high-performing Remote Moving Sales Consultant to join our growing team immediately.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven inside sales role focused on handling inbound moving leads, building customer trust, preparing estimates, following up aggressively, and helping customers move forward with booking their relocation services.

We are not looking for order takers or basic customer service representatives. We are looking for real salespeople who know how to build rapport, overcome objections, stay organized, and close business over the phone.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous moving industry sales experience
• Experience with phone-based closing and inside sales
• Strong understanding of customer follow-up and pipeline management

Also Considered:

Candidates with strong sales backgrounds in industries such as:

• Home services
• Insurance
• Restoration
• Logistics
• High-volume call center sales
• Other commission-driven phone sales environments

We are NOT looking for:

• Entry-level retail reps
• Passive customer service reps
• People without real sales experience

Compensation

This is a performance-based opportunity with strong earning potential for the right salesperson.

The more you book, the more you make — and there is NO cap on earnings.

We are looking for closers who are motivated by performance, opportunity, and unlimited earning potential.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Monday – Friday
• Alternating Saturdays (1-2 Saturdays per month)

Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handling inbound moving and relocation leads
• Speaking with customers regarding local and long-distance moves
• Building estimates and explaining services
• Following up consistently to close opportunities
• Managing customer communication throughout the sales process
• Maintaining detailed CRM notes and documentation
• Coordinating with operations and field surveyors
• Handling objections professionally and confidently
• Providing excellent customer experience while driving revenue
