Role Overview:

As an MT4/MT5 Administrator and Risk Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our MT4 and MT5 trading systems, overseeing risk management strategies, and providing technical support. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including client communication, trade monitoring, system maintenance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage client positions and associated risks within the MT4 and MT5 systems.
• Generate daily trade and reconciliation reports related to trading activity and client positions using MT4 and third-party platforms.
• Address and resolve trading and account-related issues by communicating directly with clients.
• Collaborate with Liquidity Providers, Banks, and Prime Brokers to follow up on transactions and orders as needed.
• Develop and maintain expertise in FX & CFD products, trade execution, and equities trading (CASH and CFD).
• Handle back-office tasks such as allocations, accounts setup, and product configuration.
• Manage real-time server issues, quotes, and freezing gaps.
• Provide technical support across various Windows and web platforms.
• Assist with the configuration of MT4 settings, symbols, securities, and manager rights.
• Perform server-side plug-in installations and maintenance.
• Contribute to system risk management and support management in risk mitigation efforts.
• Train company employees in using MetaTrader4 and provide updates on system upgrades.
• Stay informed about developments in aggregators, bridges, and related technologies.

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computing or a related field (preferred).
• Profound knowledge of MetaQuotes software, including MT4, MT5, and Web terminals.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in FX, CFD, or derivative markets.
• Familiarity with back-office allocations and accounts setup for trading Shares, CFDs, and FX.
• Understanding of cash equities, corporate actions, and relevant back-office procedures.
• Knowledge of the FIX Protocol.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings and late evenings.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong bias for action and results.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex situations.
• Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English.
