As a Technical Business Partner, you will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and development teams to understand business objectives, define technical requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of software solutions. You should be comfortable leading technical discussions, managing project priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, hands-on experience in software development, and a passion for leveraging modern technologies—including AI tools—to improve productivity and deliver innovative solutions. Experience with web development, APIs, cloud platforms, and eCommerce technologies such as Shopify is highly desirable.

What You'll Do

• Act as the primary liaison between international clients and the engineering team.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

• Lead client meetings, project planning sessions, and technical discussions in English.

Job Responsibilities

As a Business Partner, you will serve as the bridge between international clients and our engineering team, ensuring clear communication and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the software development team.
• Understand business goals and translate them into clear technical requirements and actionable development tasks.
• Lead client meetings, discovery sessions, and technical discussions in English.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA engineers, and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Review project progress, identify risks, and proactively recommend solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Ensure effective communication between stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical solutions, project timelines, and delivery priorities.
• Support software implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch activities.
• Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot to improve productivity, documentation, and workflow automation.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and status updates for clients and stakeholders.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve internal processes, team efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent communication and technical consultation.

Preferred Responsibilities (Nice to Have)

• Manage Shopify, eCommerce, or SaaS development projects.
• Participate in solution architecture, technical estimation, and project planning.
• Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

• Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, software development trends, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a Business Partner with a strong technical background in software development who can effectively communicate with international clients and engineering teams.

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (C1 level or above preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in software development or a related technical role.
• Strong understanding of modern web technologies such as JavaScript, React, Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar.
• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and translate business needs into actionable tasks for developers.
• Experience communicating with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Comfortable leading technical discussions, client meetings, and project planning sessions.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to improve productivity and streamline workflows.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms (especially Shopify) is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with international clients (US, Australia, Europe, or Canada).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Technical sales, solution consulting, or business analysis experience is a plus.
• Leadership or team management experience is highly desirable.
