This role is responsible for calling inbound leads fast, qualifying them properly, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.This is a high-call, high-accountability role for someone who thrives in a structured, performance-driven environment.Position OverviewThe Lead Aggregator CSR is the first point of contact for inbound roofing leads. You will be responsible for:
Calling every new inbound lead immediately
Setting qualified appointments for our roofing team
Logging all calls, notes, and outcomes inside the CRM
Following up on unanswered leads for 8 full days
Maintaining organized tracking and accurate reporting
Ensuring no lead is lost or forgotten
This position requires urgency, consistency, and strong communication skills.Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound roofing leads with immediate outbound calls
Confirm homeowner information and qualify the opportunity
Schedule appointments based on availability
Execute an 8-day follow-up sequence for non-responsive leads
Track every interaction in the CRM accurately
Maintain daily performance standards for response time and call volume
