We’re looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Disposition Manager who’s hungry, confident on the phone, and ready to crush goals with a fast-growing real estate investment company — Next Level Flipping (We Buy Houses).

You’ll be the final connection between our properties and the buyers who want them.Your job: move deals, build relationships, and make money.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Manage and sell off-market real estate deals to our network of investors and agents
• Communicate daily with investors, buyers, and realtors via phone, text, and email
• Build and grow a VIP buyers list through networking and consistent follow-up
• Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize company profit while creating win-win outcomes
• Market properties via email, social media, and real estate platforms (Facebook groups, MLS agents, etc.)
• Work closely with acquisitions and transaction coordinator to ensure smooth closings
• Track leads, offers, and buyer activity in the CRM (Follow Up Boss or similar)
• Attend team meetings and provide feedback on market trends and pricing

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) — must be confident speaking and writing in both
• Killer phone skills — persuasive, confident, and authentic
• Experience in sales, real estate, or investments preferred (not required if you’re coachable and hungry)
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple deals at once
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset — no excuses, just execution
