Job Responsibilities

• Handle pre-qualified, high-intent leads provided by the company — no cold calling • Conduct virtual consultations and present customized solar proposals • Build trust and rapport while explaining the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy • Guide homeowners through the decision-making process and close deals professionally • Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM • Follow up consistently to maximize conversions • Collaborate with the support team to ensure smooth project installation • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets • Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions • Represent Solar Connect with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism

Job Requirements

• Fluent English (required) — must communicate clearly with U.S. homeowners • Sales experience (solar, call center, or high-ticket preferred) • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills • Positive, confident, and professional phone presence • Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet • Ability to use CRM systems and virtual meeting tools • Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented • Able to work independently in a remote environment • Must be available to work U.S. hours (PST, CST, or EST)
