We are a U.S.-based logistics rental marketplace looking for a reliable, detail-oriented operator to help run day-to-day operations and customer communication.This is a full-time, long-term role working directly with the founder. You will be handling customer support, follow-ups, operational coordination, and sales & marketing through our CRM, and meeting setting for the founder. You are being hired to free up the founder's time to grow the business instead of continuing to put out fires.
Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages
Follow up with leads and existing customers to close bookings
Coordinate equipment availability and scheduling
Handle day-to-day issues (late returns, customer questions, etc.)
Keep all activity updated inside HubSpot
Send follow-ups and basic outbound messages through HubSpot
Assist with simple marketing coordination (email/text campaigns)
Stay organized and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong Spanish (ability to communicate with customers when needed)
Comfortable speaking on the phone with U.S. customers
Experience in customer support, operations, or sales
Highly organized and responsive
Able to manage multiple conversations/tasks at once
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Hubspot CRM experience required
