We are a real estate investment company specializing in on-market wholesaling (MLS-listed properties) in Florida. We are looking to immediately hire an experienced On-Market Real Estate Acquisition Specialist / Closer to join our team.This is a 100% remote, phone-based position focused on analyzing MLS opportunities, prospecting, follow-up, negotiation, and closing real estate deals virtually.The ideal candidate is a confident closer who thrives in a performance-driven environment, understands numbers, can negotiate strategically with Realtors and property owners, and knows how to secure contracts that meet strict investment criteria.You will be responsible for identifying profitable on-market opportunities, building strong relationships with agents, presenting competitive cash offers, and ensuring smooth coordination with our disposition team to close successful wholesale transactions.


Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze on-market opportunities daily by reviewing MLS listings and identifying properties that meet investment criteria.
  • Evaluate comparables (comps), ARV, repair estimates, holding costs, and assignment margins.
  • Prospect and qualify motivated sellers and on-market opportunities through outbound calls, texts, and strategic follow-up.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand seller motivations and build rapport.
  • Work directly with Realtors and property owners to evaluate acquisition opportunities.
  • Submit and negotiate competitive cash offers aligned with company margins.
  • Structure creative offers (price, contingencies, timelines) to win deals in competitive markets.
  • Follow up consistently on price reductions, expired listings, and fallen-through contracts.
  • Close contracts virtually or coordinate with the closing team.
  • Accurately log all communications, notes, and deal progress in the CRM.
  • Maintain an organized and updated sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the dispositions team to ensure smooth assignments and closings.
  • Monitor market trends (inventory levels, days on market, price shifts) to adjust offer strategy.


Job Requirements

  • Advanced English (spoken and written) – required.
  • Minimum 1 year of real estate acquisitions or high-ticket sales experience (phone-based preferred).
  • Proven ability to negotiate and confidently close deals.
  • Experience communicating and negotiating with Realtors.
  • Strong understanding of MLS, comps, and property valuation.
  • Ability to calculate ARV, repair estimates, and wholesale margins.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills; able to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Resilient, disciplined, and performance-driven mindset.
  • Calm, decisive, and solutions-oriented under pressure.
  • Coachable and adaptable; open to feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Reliable high-speed internet, quality headset, and quiet home workspace.
  • Basic understanding of wholesale deal structures (assignments, double closings) is a plus.
