We are a growing US-based cleaning company seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Operations & Sales Assistant to support our daily operations. This is a full-time, long-term remote position with opportunities for growth as the company expands.
Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective clients and convert inquiries into booked jobsFollow up on quotes and leads to maximize conversion ratesSchedule jobs and coordinate logistics with the field teamCommunicate with existing and recurring clients to maintain strong relationshipsManage internal team communication and schedulingAssist with documenting and improving internal systems and SOPsSupport the owner on various operations, marketing, and administrative projects
Excellent written and spoken English (required for client-facing calls)Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a VA, admin assistant, ops coordinator, or similar roleConfident and professional phone communication skillsHighly organized, dependable, and able to work independentlyProficient with Google Workspace, CRMs, scheduling tools, and team chat platforms (Slack, WhatsApp, etc.)Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindsetReliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
