Overview
As an Operations Coordinator, you will own the daily operational rhythm of the company.
You’ll coordinate production logistics, oversee scheduling, support quality control workflows, and ensure communication flows smoothly across departments including Creative, Customer Service, and Sales.
No two days will look the same. You’ll balance client communication, internal coordination, urgent changes, and ongoing workflow improvements — all while maintaining organization and composure in a fast-paced environment.
