How You Will Add Value

Be the Operational Hub

You’ll sit at the center of daily operations — coordinating schedules, managing communication, and ensuring projects move seamlessly between teams. When things change (and they will), you help keep everything aligned and moving forward.

Overview

As an Operations Coordinator, you will own the daily operational rhythm of the company.

You’ll coordinate production logistics, oversee scheduling, support quality control workflows, and ensure communication flows smoothly across departments including Creative, Customer Service, and Sales.

No two days will look the same. You’ll balance client communication, internal coordination, urgent changes, and ongoing workflow improvements — all while maintaining organization and composure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee scheduling for field teams and editors
  • Coordinate same-day or next-day schedule adjustments
  • Update project timelines and calendars
  • Lead client communications and provide proactive updates
  • Route client requests to appropriate team members and track resolution
  • Maintain client response times within company standards
  • Support Quality Control workflows and delivery standards
  • Funnel important updates into centralized systems
  • Assist clients with upgrades or service options when appropriate
  • Ensure operational clarity across departments

Weekly Responsibilities

  • Host team sync meetings to review priorities and bottlenecks
  • Monitor accountability and task completion
  • Report on project statuses and operational performance
  • Coordinate cross-department collaboration
  • Identify recurring workflow issues and suggest improvements
  • Support onboarding of team members and freelancers

Monthly Responsibilities

  • Compile operational and performance reports
  • Identify trends impacting workflow or client experienceImplement communication and system improvements
  • Maintain and update SOP documentation
  • Participate in strategic planning discussions
  • Support hiring and training initiatives

  • Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in high-volume production environments
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Work Environment

  • Fully Remote

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Rate: $6-$9/hour
  • 5 Paid Days Off annually
  • Yearly bonus opportunities
