Operations Manager (Remote) – Bear Brothers Cleaning (USA)

This role is only for A-players. This is not a support role.

About The Role:

Bear Brothers Cleaning is one of Alabama’s fastest-growing home cleaning companies, and we’re expanding into a new city.

Compensation (Clear & Performance-Driven):

- Starting rate: $4/hour as an initial trial period

- Fast raise opportunity: If you help the location reach $5,000 in recurring revenue (currently at ~$3.3K), your base rate would increase to $5/hour

- After that, hourly pay increases by $0.25 for every $2,500 increase in recurring revenue, as stated on the application

- The commission structure, as stated on the application, would remain the same

Hourly Raises Based on MRR

Your hourly pay increases $0.25 every time the location grows by $2,500 in MRR.

Commissions & Bonuses:

$2 per deep / move-out clean

$3 per successful recurring clean

$1 bonus for each 5-star review

$10 when a cleaner you hired completes 5 cleans

$100 when we break our monthly recurring revenue record (+$1000 beyond previous record)

5% of gross profit on specialty cleans (large commercial, post-construction,etc.)

Your Mission:

You will run the day-to-day operations of a city:

Sales & Lead Management

Respond to inbound leads (calls, texts, web requests)

Explain services, give quotes, and close bookings

Scheduling & Daily Ops

Assign cleaners to jobs

Confirm attendance

Handle real-time operational issues

Customer Management

Keep customers informed and satisfied

Protect and grow recurring customers

Recruiting & Capacity Building

Recruit, interview, and onboard cleaners as demand grows

Your work directly drives recurring revenue — and your earnings grow with the location.

Requirements:

Scheduling/operations experience

Customer service experience

Strong English (spoken + written)

Fast communicator, proactive, organized

Reliable internet + quiet workspace

Nice to Have:

Hiring/recruiting experience

Experience in service-based businesses
