We are looking for a true "Runner" — a right-hand operator who simply gets things done. Before titles and portfolios, every great leader was the person who did whatever needed to get done. They made the calls, fixed the systems, and figured out things nobody taught them. They didn't wait for instructions; they saw what was broken and fixed it.
We are looking for that person.
You will be the first real operator in this company. You won't have a manager hovering over you. You'll have a founder who gives you a target, a brief Loom video, a deadline — and trusts you to figure out the rest.

Setting up or troubleshooting Zapier automations

Managing cold email inboxes and replies

Updating landing pages or ad creatives

Pulling reports and organizing data for client deliverables

Researching competitors, tools, or market opportunities
◈
Doing whatever is necessary to unblock the founder
Spoken English
Non-negotiable. You'll be on the phone with US-based leads and professionals.

Self-Sufficient
Manage your own time and priorities without a 47-step SOP.
High Work Ethic
Available during US business hours (Mountain Time / Arizona).
