Full Job Description

We are seeking an organized and dependable Operations Support Staff member to help coordinate day-to-day cleaning operations. This role supports scheduling, team communication, customer follow-up, and accurate job records. Applicants must have previous work experience in commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, janitorial services, housekeeping, or another cleaning-related role. We welcome candidates with hands-on cleaning, administrative support, or operations coordination experience within the cleaning industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Support scheduling and coordinate updates with cleaning teams.

• Track job progress, completion, and outstanding follow-up items.

• Communicate clearly with staff and customers about service details and schedule changes.

• Maintain accurate service records, checklists, and operational notes.

• Flag missed services, staffing gaps, and customer concerns for timely resolution.

• Help organize daily priorities and keep operations running smoothly.

Job Requirements

Previous employment in commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, janitorial services, housekeeping, or another cleaning-related field is required. Strong organization, attention to detail, professional English communication, and follow-through are essential. Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools. Scheduling, dispatch, customer support, or administrative experience is a plus. No specific degree is required. Please describe your cleaning-related work history and responsibilities in your application.
