We are a fast-growing sprinkler repair and irrigation company in North Texas seeking an Outbound Appointment Setter & Growth Specialist. This is a performance-driven role, not a passive customer service position. Your primary goal is to generate opportunities and book appointments through fast response, outbound outreach, and consistent follow-up.You will handle inbound and outbound leads, re-engage past customers, build local relationships, and track every interaction in our CRM. Speed, accuracy, and accountability are essential.
Respond to all inbound inquiries (calls, texts, emails, social) within 3 minutes
Book appointments with a minimum 80% closing rate on inbound and outbound leads
Perform 50 outbound outreach attempts per day
Follow the 3-2-3 follow-up rule on all unbooked leads
Re-engage past customers and prevent competitor poaching
Conduct neighbor radius calls and local partnership outreach
Accurately log all interactions in GHL CRM
Submit a detailed daily End-of-Day report
Track bookings, follow-ups, spam, and all business interactions
Strong outbound calling and sales mindset
Comfortable with objections and follow-up
Able to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM CST
Fast learner with CRM systems (GHL preferred)
Excellent English communication skills
Organized, disciplined, and accountable
Results-driven with focus on booking appointments
