Outbound Sales - B2B Cold Calling - High Volume Appointment Setting

*Please note that this is not a virtual assistant role, nor is it a passive lead generation role. We are looking for someone who is energized by cold calling, can handle rejection, thinks quickly on the phone, and can handle objections while relentlessly pursuing qualfied appointments. 

We're a U.S.-based accounting and bookkeeping firm looking for an experienced appointment setter to make outbound calls to small business owners and book free consultations. You'll work from a simple script and a power dialer — your objective is to respectfully get interested owners onto our calendar.

You must have:

•  Proven experience with outbound cold calling and appointment setting

•  Advanced (or better) spoken English with a clear, friendly phone voice

•  A reliable computer, headset, and a quiet place to work

•  Availability during U.S. business hours EST

Big plus:

•  Experience with GoHighLevel (our CRM and dialer)

•  Experience in accounting and finance or at least the ability to answer some high level questions asked.

What you'll do:

•  Make 30+ calls per hour using our dialer

•  Use our opener and rebuttual script 

•  Book consultations on our calendar and log every call

Pay:

$9/hour to start, with performance bonuses once you're booking consistently. Strong performers earn more hours.

• Ensure the owner and the business qualify as an interested party that can be helped by our service. 
• Get them to set an appointment onto the calendar
