We are a real estate education company based out of New York City. Our mission is to help the Hispanic community with financial and real estate education.
We are looking for a responsible, well-spoken individual to help us cold call organizations nationwide that we can partner with.
You will be given a list of leads that you will need to reach out to, stay in touch with, and follow up with on a daily basis. We are looking for someone part-time to work four to five hours a day.
You will be given a CRM profile along with a VOIP phone number to make the calls from. You are not selling anything at this time. You job is to build relationships with these organizations.
You will also help with our database of clients and leads, reaching out to them and speaking to them about their experiences with our company.
Log into the CRM daily.
Make your calls and log all calls.
Create follow up tasks, emails, and calls in the CRM.
Sign up leads into their respective nurturing campaigns.
Help create scripts and campaigns as needed.
Give daily and then weekly feedback to your team leader.
Welcome a team player to help us grow. We love to hear your input, as you will be the one having the one-on-one interaction with the leads.

Keep CRM up to neat and up to date.
Is well spoken.
Gives feedback and input.
If something isn't working let's us know.
