The Role:

Your primary goal is to help us grow by connecting with potential businesses that we want to turn into our customers. You will not be "hard selling"; instead, you will be introducing our brand and gathering contact information for our sales team. We provide ample training, and will provide you with scripts to use while making your outbound calls and emails.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls and emails to various businesses - we will provide you with the phone numbers and emails. We will provide you with a VOIP login to make calls from your computer as well as an email to send from.
• Briefly introduce our product lines and offer free samples.
• Identify the correct decision-maker and obtain their contact information (specifically valid email addresses).
• Accurately log all leads and data into a Google Sheet for the sales team to follow up.

• Fluent Written and Spoken English: Excellent verbal and written communication with a native US accent or a very clear, "no-accent" professional tone.
• Focus & Consistency: The ability to handle repetitive outbound calling while maintaining high energy and quality standards.
• Reliability: Prompt response times to team chats and emails.
• Growth Mindset: An honest, motivated individual looking to grow with a stable company.
