Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Outbound Sales Caller (Virtual Assistant) to conduct outreach calls to senior housing facility owners, managers, and brokers. This role is critical in expanding our network and generating qualified leads for our acquisitions team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, detail-oriented, and motivated to hit performance goals.


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to senior housing facility owners, managers, and brokers using a provided list or researched database.
  • Qualify leads by asking targeted questions about facility size, occupancy, services offered, ownership structure, and future plans.
  • Record all details accurately in the CRM.
  • Forward qualified acquisition opportunities to the sales team lead.
  • Maintain updated contact records, call notes, and lead statuses.
  • Conduct light research to identify potential new leads in target markets.


Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant, telemarketer, or cold caller (B2B experience strongly preferred).
  • MUST have Excellent English verbal communication skills with a clear, professional phone manner.
  • Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, meet daily call targets, and adapt scripts to real conversations.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) preferred.
  • MUST have Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet workspace.

Performance Goals

  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly outbound call quotas.
  • Ensure accurate, detailed lead entries in the CRM.
  • Consistently schedule qualified follow-up appointments for the sales team.

Work Schedule

  • Flexible schedule (must align with EAST COAST US New York Time zone working hours)

Compensation:

  • Hourly rate plus performance-based bonuses.
  • Bonus opportunities available for high-quality leads and successful conversions.
