Mission

The mission of the Outbound Sales Specialist is to aggressively and consistently generate new revenue through outbound sales, converting national lead flow into paid green card cases and driving the firm’s growth from a $1.4M practice toward a $10M national immigration law firm. This role exists to push growth forward—by converting opportunities others won’t, securing strong payment terms, and creating the cash flow needed to scale marketing, lead generation, and infrastructure.

Why This Role Matters

Outbound sales is a critical growth lever for Tingen Law. Success in this role enables the firm to expand nationally, dominate a focused green card niche, and fund additional lead sources and marketing channels. Consistent outbound performance of $150,000–$200,000 per month (30–40cases) moves the firm toward its next major milestone—becoming a $2.5M firm on the path to $10M.


Job Responsibilities

Outcomes Required for Success

  1. Consistently generate at least $150,000 in outbound sales per month, with strong performance $150,000–$200,000+.
  2. Convert national outbound lead flow at an effective rate (target 8–15%) by confidently engaging prospects and moving them to a decision.
  3. Use the SPIN selling method (that we will teach you) to guide prospects to clear decisions using accurate immigration law knowledge and strong sales judgment.
  4. Close qualified outbound opportunities within two weeks of the initial consultation in most cases.
  5. Secure 100% payment, BNPL, or aggressively approved payment plans on all closed sales, prioritizing full payment or strong down payments that support firm growth.
  6. Keep the outbound sales pipeline fully managed, accurate, and active so no qualified opportunities stall or disappear.
  7. Complete all required sales and administrative tasks accurately and on time so records, payments, and reporting are always reliable.
  8. Approach outbound sales with urgency, persistence, and competitive drive—willing to push through resistance, follow up relentlessly, and go the distance to hit growth targets.


Job Requirements

Competencies

The ideal candidate has prior outbound sales experience, strong closing skills, and a proven track record of hitting ambitious targets. They learn quickly, apply immigration law accurately to sales conversations, communicate with confidence and authority, and are comfortable pushing for commitment and payment. They are highly organized, resilient, competitive, and take full ownership of results, pipeline health, and performance metrics.

Compensation

Base compensation begins at $1,200 per month, plus a minimum 1.5% commission on all sales $100,000. Top performers who consistently exceed $150,000–$200,000 per month will earn higher commissions tied directly to firm growth.
