The mission of the Outbound Sales Specialist is to aggressively and consistently generate new revenue through outbound sales, specifically focusing on the Bark.com lead platform. This role exists to help the firm run a high-stakes sales experiment: converting national lead flow into paid green card cases and driving the firm’s growth from a $1.4M practice toward a $10M national immigration law firm.
Outbound sales is a critical growth lever for Tingen Law. Success in this role provides the data we need to expand nationally and fund additional marketing channels. Consistent outbound performance of $50,000–$100,000 per month (10–25 cases) proves our national model and moves the firm toward its next major milestone.

The ideal candidate has prior outbound sales experience (specifically with marketplaces like Bark or Thumbtack), strong closing skills, and a proven track record of hitting targets. Because this is an experimental division of the firm, they must be highly adaptable, coachable, and willing to provide transparent feedback on their performance and pipeline health. They take full ownership of results and are comfortable pushing for commitment and payment.
Base compensation begins at $1,200 per month, plus a 1.5% uncapped commission on all sales.
