Mission

The mission of the Outbound Sales Specialist is to aggressively and consistently generate new revenue through outbound sales, specifically focusing on the Bark.com lead platform. This role exists to help the firm run a high-stakes sales experiment: converting national lead flow into paid green card cases and driving the firm’s growth from a $1.4M practice toward a $10M national immigration law firm.

Why This Role Matters

Outbound sales is a critical growth lever for Tingen Law. Success in this role provides the data we need to expand nationally and fund additional marketing channels. Consistent outbound performance of $50,000–$100,000 per month (10–25 cases) proves our national model and moves the firm toward its next major milestone.


Job Responsibilities

Outcomes Required for Success

  • Consistently generate between $50,000 and $100,000 in outbound sales per month.
  • Successfully close 10 to 25 cases per month (roughly 3–6 per week).
  • Convert national lead flow (Bark) at an effective rate (target 8%) by confidently engaging prospects and moving them to a decision.
  • Provide active feedback on lead quality and sales scripts to help refine our outbound strategy as we gather data on the national market.
  • Use the SPIN selling method to guide prospects to clear decisions using accurate immigration law knowledge and strong sales judgment.
  • Secure 100% payment, BNPL, or approved payment plans on all closed sales.
  • Keep the outbound sales pipeline fully managed and active so no qualified opportunities stall.
  • Approach outbound sales with urgency and persistence, while remaining adaptable as the "experiment" evolves.


Job Requirements

Competencies

 The ideal candidate has prior outbound sales experience (specifically with marketplaces like Bark or Thumbtack), strong closing skills, and a proven track record of hitting targets. Because this is an experimental division of the firm, they must be highly adaptable, coachable, and willing to provide transparent feedback on their performance and pipeline health. They take full ownership of results and are comfortable pushing for commitment and payment.

Compensation

Base compensation begins at $1,200 per month, plus a 1.5% uncapped commission on all sales.

  • Target Floor ($50k sales / ~10 cases): $1,950 total monthly.
  • Strong Performance ($100k sales / ~20-25 cases): $2,700 total monthly.
  • Top performers who help us scale this national model will earn higher commissions tied directly to firm growth.
