Compensation

Base: $1,200/month + 1.5% uncapped commission on all sales.

  • At $50k in sales (~10 cases): ~$1,950/month total
  • At $100k in sales (~20–25 cases): ~$2,700/month total
  • Top performers who help scale our national model will earn higher commissions tied directly to firm growth.

Mission

The Outbound Sales Specialist drives new revenue by converting national lead flow into paid immigration cases — specifically through the Bark.com platform. This role is at the center of Tingen Law's growth from a $1.4M practice to a $10M national immigration law firm, and your results directly shape how fast we get there.

Why This Role Matters

Outbound sales is our primary growth lever right now. Consistent performance of $50,000–$100,000 per month proves our national model, funds new marketing channels, and opens the door to higher commissions and expanded opportunity for the right person.

What a Typical Week Looks Like

  • 20–30 outbound calls daily from Bark.com leads
  • Moving qualified prospects through the pipeline to a decision
  • Logging activity and pipeline updates in CRM
  • Flagging lead quality trends and sharing feedback on what's working


Job Responsibilities

  • Close 10–25 immigration cases per month (roughly 3–6 per week)
  • Convert national lead flow at an effective rate (target: 8%) by confidently engaging prospects and guiding them to a clear decision
  • Use the SPIN selling method alongside accurate immigration law knowledge and strong sales judgment
  • Secure 100% payment, BNPL, or approved payment plans on all closed cases
  • Keep the pipeline fully active so no qualified opportunities stall
  • Provide honest, transparent feedback on lead quality and sales scripts to help refine our outbound strategy


Job Requirements

The ideal candidate has prior outbound sales experience — ideally with marketplace platforms like Bark or Thumbtack — strong closing skills, and a proven track record of hitting targets. Because this is a growing division of the firm, they must be adaptable, coachable, and willing to take full ownership of their results. They're comfortable pushing for commitment and payment, and they thrive in an environment where their earnings reflect their performance.
