Tegrastaff is a leading executive search firm placing leadership talent (Department Heads, VPs, BD leads) at architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) firms across California. 

We're hiring a dedicated, part-time (20 hrs/week) remote SDR who make daily outbound follow-up calls to business development leads.  You'll be contacting hiring managers at companies in our market who are actively hiring, to introduce our services and schedule appointments with our BD team.  

This starts as a 20 hrs/week part-time role, with strong potential to grow into full-time based on performance, specifically booked appointments and job orders generated.

Job Responsibilities

• Call warm leads (AEC firms with active job postings/hiring signals) to introduce Tegrastaff's services and book intro calls with our BD team
• Follow up on email sequences that received opens/clicks but no reply
• Log call outcomes and next step in our CRM (Apollo)
• Work a US Pacific-time schedule, live calling during business hours (9am-4pm PST)

Job Requirements

• Fluent, clear spoken English - this is a hard requirement, not a nice-to-have, since every call is with a US business owner or executive
• 2+ years of outbound calling, SDR, or telesales experience (B2B sales preferred; staffing/recruiting industry experience is a strong plus but not required)
• Comfortable with rejection and objection handling - most calls won't convert, and that's expected
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a professional phone/headset setup. We will provide our cloud-based phone dialer
• Available to work 9:00am-5:00pm Pacific, Monday-Friday
• First two weeks will be a project-based evaluation period
• Nice to have's: experience with a CRM (Apollo, Bullhorn, Salesforce, or similar); background in construction, architecture, or engineering-adjacent sales
