We’re seeking a driven Outbound Sales Representative with industry experience to join our fast-growing team. This role is designed for a true closer—someone who thrives on hustle, brings high energy, and excels at building and maintaining strong customer relationships.You will be responsible for driving new business growth by prospecting, cold calling, pitching our products, negotiating deals, and closing wholesale and retail accounts. The ideal candidate is not only a high-performing closer but also a team player who communicates clearly, collaborates effectively, and brings positivity to every interaction.Compensation Structure: This is a base + commission role. You’ll earn:
10% commission on all first-time customer orders
5% commission on repeat customer orders
Average order value: $2,000–$3,000
Monthly performance bonus: An additional 1% commission on all sales once you close $50,000+ in a month

Prospect, cold call, and generate new leads within wholesale and retail channels.
Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and follow-up.
Present, pitch, and confidently explain our product line to prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing and terms, overcoming objections to close deals effectively.
Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing and repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Track sales performance and continuously refine sales techniques to maximize results.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and new market opportunities.
Industry Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience.
Proven Closer: Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
