Paralegal (Bilingual Assistant)

100% WFH

Working Hours: Mon- Fri: 9 AM- 5 PM CST

Starting salary: $2600 USD/ month

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft legal documents including:
• Discovery requests and responses
• Initial disclosures
• Settlement letters
• Contracts and legal agreements
• Assist in gathering, organizing, reviewing, and summarizing discovery materials
• Provide litigation support across various stages of the legal process
• Conduct contract review and prepare initial drafts for review by attorneys
• Support ongoing case progression with follow-up and organizational tasks
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive legal information with discretion

Job Requirements

Primary Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a paralegal, ideally supporting U.S.-based law firms or clients
• Demonstrated expertise in legal drafting for discovery, contracts, and litigation matters
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. legal terminology, procedures, and documentation standards
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• High level of professionalism and ability to work independently
• Comfortable with remote collaboration tools and secure document handling
