Full Job Description

We are a California-based personal injury law firm dedicated to advocating for injured clients and providing high-quality legal representation. We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual paralegal to support our legal team and serve as a key point of contact for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys with all aspects of personal injury cases from intake through resolution

• Conduct client intakes and maintain regular communication with clients in English and Spanish

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery responses, demand packages, and correspondence

• Request, organize, and summarize medical records, billing, and related case materials

• File documents with California courts

• Manage case calendars, deadlines, and follow-ups

• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and expert witnesses

• Maintain accurate and organized case files in the firm’s case management system

Job Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish (required)

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience

• Preferred: Experience in California or U.S. legal system

• Experience in personal injury law strongly preferred

• Knowledge of California court procedures and deadlines is a plus

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
