About the Position: Rapplitemedia, is looking for a driven and motivated Part-Time Aesthetics Coordinator/ Appointment Setter. You’ll work directly with a few of our clients and handle their accounts, set appointments for aesthetics procedures, manage and organize our clients' CRM, call leads and requests for booking and take their credit card information. If you love making money, like to go above and beyond, you will help leads reach their health and aesthetic goals and feel more comfortable with themselves. You will be part of our clients business growth and will join a fun, motivated and lively team of 11 from all over the world. 

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Call to confirm and schedule appointments for leads generated from our Social Media campaigns.
• Follow up with requests and confirm appointments.
• Collect a Deposit/Credit Card information on file.
• Communicate to clients any update on new appointments
• Manage and organize clients CRM and pipelines (Go High Level)
• Utilize our dialing system to make around 70-100 calls per day.
• Reach out via SMS, email, or phone call the leads generated.
• Keep track of the calls, appointments, amount of revenue generated, appointments shown.
• Set minimum 2 appointments per week per client assigned  (KPIS).
• Fill out and organize internal data trackers.
• Attend our daily Zoom Team meeting.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

• +2 years of experience in the Call Center/Appointment Setting Industry. 
• Bilingual, Spanish.English Proficiency C1 and above.
• Proficiency in High Level, Dialing systems or other CRMs.
• Multitasking- call leads,handle CRM and generate appointments, entry call data, update spreadsheet and communicate with the team.
• Detail oriented while handling multiple accounts/clients and payment methods, not confusing names, offers or changes.
• Communicate effectively and engage alongside the team of 11 via Zoom and Slack, with our clients (via sms) and leads through phone calls mostly, SMS or email via our CRM.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly base rate: $6.25 starting
• Bonus Structure: 
• $3 per set and 3 per show
• Weekly bonuses of $10 per account if KPI’s are met
• Monthly bonuses of $25 per account if KPI’s are met
• Payment method: Wise/Paypal
• Payment Schedule: Biweekly (15th and 1st)
