Part Time - Customer Experience Admin

Full Job Description

Eco-Movers is a moving and storage company based out of Seattle Washington USA and has been in business for 14 years.  We have 9 locations and a staff of over 100 people in the United States.  We are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Admin to add to our team.

Job Responsibilities

Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

• Create and resolve claims tickets, ensuring they are resolved quickly and to the customer’s satisfaction.
• Monitor our Customer service Channel.
• Take customer phone calls when necessary.
• Reply to reviews and register them.
• Send Thank You cards.
• Send Emails to request reviews.
• Truck audit for the Ops team (once a week)
• Confirmation texts for the Ops team (once a week)

Schedule: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Days: Monday-Thursday and Saturdays

Days off: Friday and Sunday

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong background in providing exceptional customer service over the phone.

Advanced English Proficiency:

• Fluent in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to understand and address customer needs in a clear and professional manner.

Communication Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Active listening ability to understand customer inquiries and provide accurate solutions.

Customer Service Experience:

• Minimum of [1-2 years] experience in a phone-based customer service role.
• Proven track record of resolving customer issues promptly and professionally.

Problem-Solving Skills:

• Ability to handle customer concerns and provide solutions under minimal supervision.
• Calm and empathetic approach to difficult situations.
