Role summary: Generate qualified leads and booked appointments for San Miguel Painting through fast inbound follow-up, outbound calling, and social outreach.
You will speak with homeowners and partnership prospects, qualify them, and either book an estimate or set a partner meeting.
This role is performance-based and requires strong English, a confident phone presence, and the ability to close for the next step.
Pay: $6 per hour (part-time) 20 hours per week.
Bonus: $0.50 for each outbound-call estimate appointment you book that shows (scheduled and completed)

Job Requirements
Strong English (clear, easy to understand) with a minimal/neutral accent
Confident on the phone with a professional tone and strong communication skills
Proven experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or inside sales
Ability to qualify leads quickly and close for the next step (book the estimate or partner meeting)
Comfortable with outbound calling, follow-up, and daily social outreach (IG, FB, LinkedIn)
Must answer inbound calls within 2 minutes during scheduled hours; if on an active call, must call back immediately after
Able to work 4 consecutive hours per shift, part-time (20 hours/week), Central Time
Organized and consistent with tracking: must update weekly results for inbound, outbound, and cold outreach activity
Coachable and willing to follow scripts, processes, and feedback during weekly/biweekly/monthly reviews
Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and headset
Confidentiality: cannot share our pay structure, scripts, lead lists, database, or client information with anyone
