We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to join our team as an Onboarding Specialist on Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 AM to 5 PM EST. This role is responsible for assisting new clients in downloading our mobile app and providing a guided walkthrough to ensure they understand how to use it effectively. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in customer service, and the ability to work independently.
Assist new clients in downloading and setting up our mobile app.
Provide guided walkthroughs of the app, demonstrating key features and functionality.
Address any client questions or concerns about the app during onboarding sessions.
Follow up with clients after the onboarding session to ensure they have a smooth experience using the app.
Document any technical issues or client feedback for further action.
Maintain accurate records of onboarding sessions and client interactions.
Communicate effectively with the team regarding client onboarding progress and any challenges.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Previous experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or a related role.
Strong understanding of mobile app usage and troubleshooting.
Comfortable working remotely and using online communication tools.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Ability to work Wednesdays and Fridays from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
