We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Recruiter to identify and attract top-performing commission-based sales professionals. This part-time, flexible role is ideal for someone with experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Source and recruit commission-based sales professionals through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.

📌 Post job listings and manage responses across multiple platforms.

📌 Screen and qualify candidates to ensure a strong fit for the role.

📌 Maintain an organized pipeline of potential hires and follow up consistently.

📌 Utilize various recruitment strategies to connect with high-quality candidates.

Job Requirements:

Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales hiring (preferably in commission-based roles).

Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, CRM, or ATS).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and attract candidates.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidate pipelines.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.

A results-driven mindset with persistence in follow-ups and closing candidates.
