Full Job Description
The Sales Representative will be responsible for converting leads into sales, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and supporting overall business growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively.
Job Responsibilities
✅ Convert leads into sales (min. 50% conversion rate).
✅ Report weekly performance.
✅ Coordinate with the scheduling team.
✅ Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
✅ Suggest improvements.
Job Requirements
💻 PC with high-speed internet and headset.
📅 1 year of sales and customer service experience.
🖥 Basic proficiency in Jobber, Launch 27, Office, and CRM.
