Full Job Description

Role: Part‑Time Virtual Assistant (Construction/Admin)

You will work directly with the owner and other team members to support administrative and operational tasks. 

Responsibilities include:

  •  entering transactions, receipts and reconciliations in QuickBooks,
  •  assisting with job costing and estimates using JobTread or similar
  •  managing calendar, scheduling jobs and site visits, 
  •  creating showcases for social media and website content
  •  using AI tools

Typical tasks: calendar coordination, bookkeeping, cost tracking, content creation, and ad‑hoc admin in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

This role frees the owner to focus on field operations and business growth, improves administrative efficiency, ensures accurate cost and financial tracking, and maintains client and contractor communication and the company’s online presence.


Job Responsibilities

Core responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping & QuickBooks: enter transactions, reconcile accounts, assist with job costing
  • Job costing & construction software: prepare costestimates, track budgets; experience with JobTread or similarpreferred.
  • Calendar & job scheduling: coordinate meetings, site visits, contractors, and client calls.
  • AI tools: use AI for drafting, research, and content repurposing.
  • Social media: create showcases for Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Page, coordinating
  • Ad hoc admin tasks using Google Workspace, MicrosoftOffice, OneDrive


Job Requirements

Location: Remote 

Hours: Part-time (20 hrs/week) — US/Central Time Zone

Pay: $4–$6/hr (USD) depending on experience

Probation: 2 months

Key requirements

Excellent English — spoken and written (must be fluent).

Reliable internet (≥10 Mbps).

Minimum 3 years remote work experience.

Construction industry experience is a plus.
