Role: Part‑Time Virtual Assistant (Construction/Admin)
You will work directly with the owner and other team members to support administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities include:
Typical tasks: calendar coordination, bookkeeping, cost tracking, content creation, and ad‑hoc admin in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
This role frees the owner to focus on field operations and business growth, improves administrative efficiency, ensures accurate cost and financial tracking, and maintains client and contractor communication and the company’s online presence.
Core responsibilities:
Location: Remote
Hours: Part-time (20 hrs/week) — US/Central Time Zone
Pay: $4–$6/hr (USD) depending on experience
Probation: 2 months
Key requirements
Excellent English — spoken and written (must be fluent).
Reliable internet (≥10 Mbps).
Minimum 3 years remote work experience.
Construction industry experience is a plus.
