Job Overview:

Winavox is seeking a dedicated Spanish Bilingual Triage Specialist to join our Real-Time Support (RTS) team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication and support for Spanish-speaking patients, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders. This role involves providing timely, high-quality responses to triage calls, ensuring that patient inquiries are directed to the appropriate department or resource for resolution.

As a Triage Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing sensitive patient inquiries, and utilizing your bilingual abilities to bridge communication gaps between English and Spanish-speaking individuals. Your contributions will help drive positive outcomes for our patients while aligning with AbbVie’s commitment to improving health and well-being.


Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Triage and Support: Handle calls, emails, and messages in both Spanish and English, directing inquiries to the right teams.
  • Case Management: Assess inquiry urgency and ensure timely follow-up for resolution.
  • Documentation: Accurately log patient interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support.


Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or patient support (pharma/healthcare preferred).
  • Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
