Our Learning & Development (L&D) function supports leaders across multiple hotel properties by improving onboarding execution, reinforcing key operating principles, and building scalable tools that make it easier for managers to coach and train effectively.
Role Summary
This role is designed to complement an on-staff L&D facilitator/coach by owning the behind-the-scenes systems work—especially SOP execution, AI-enabled coaching workflows, automation, and learning operations—so our leaders can spend more time coaching with the right tools and systems.
This is a builder role. You will design, improve, and run the systems that enable learning to happen consistently at the property level. You do not need prior L&D titles to succeed here—if you’re strong at systems design, automation, AI tools, and operational follow-through, we can teach you the L&D context.
