1. Full Time Google Adwords/ Search Specialist
2. Full Time Organic SEO Specialist
3. Full Time Digital Agency Project/ Performance Manager

Job Responsibilities

Full Time, Google Adwords/ Search Specialist [Especialista en Google Ads/Búsqueda]

• Expertise in Google Ads System
• Track record for driving & improving the performance of Google Ads campaigns (ROAS, CPA , CVR, sales growth)
• Strategize, Create, and manage the performance of Google Ads Campaigns
• Experience using online + offline tracking, for place based businesses --as well as eCommerce and Lead Generation
• Ability to communicate issues, solutions internally and to Clients in US English
• Expert / Heavy user of AI or GPT's in improving Google Search Performance
• Experience with Meta Ads is a strong bonus

Full Time Organic SEO Specialist [Especialista en SEO Orgánico (Tiempo Completo)]

• Strategize, Create, and manage the performance of Organic Search programs/ Campaigns at Clients
• Expertise in Google & Organic Search, and SEO Strategy & Content Development
• Experience with SEM Rush & Google Search Console
• Track record for driving & improving the performance of Organic Search, and driving organic traffic to Client websites
• Ability to communicate with internal team mates in US English

Full Time Digital Agency Project/ Performance Manager [Especialista en SEO Orgánico (Tiempo Completo)]

• Supervise and ensure a high quality of work, and performance delivery to Clients
• Hold both Staff and Clients accountable daily/weekly monthly to meet commitments made
• Project Management & Client Management
• Organize and Manage Team and Strategize Digital Marketing Solutions
• Knowledge & hands on experience with Paid & Organic Marketing Tools (AdWords, Meta, and in the Organic Search Ecosystem)
• Knowledge and Experience with Wrike Project Management is a bonus

Job Requirements

The 3 Digital Marketing positions require 3-5 years experience in one of the three areas and a track record for producing results:

• A college degree is not required, but is preferred ---especially if your formal education is focused on technical or analytical studies
• All candidates must have 2-3 years of RELEVANT professional experience in at least 1 of the 3 roles described in this job posting
• Analytical ability and a desire to work with performance marketing data
• A strong work ethic, and an internal desire to serve clients well
