🎬 Performance Video Creative Lead
(Paid Media + Brand Content | Sweepstakes / Online Gaming)
We’re building a world-class creative engine for our rapidly growing online sweepstakes business — and we’re looking for a Performance Video Creative Lead to help us scale it.
We already have video editors.
Now we need the person who can orchestrate the vision, structure the testing, and elevate all of our video output — not just ads.
If you live and breathe short-form content, think in hooks and retention curves, and want direct mentorship from experienced operators — this role is for you.
Job Responsibilities
🚀 What You’ll Own
You will lead the strategy and direction behind our video creative across:
- Paid acquisition (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Organic social content
- Promotional campaigns
- Product/feature announcements
- Brand storytelling initiatives
- Landing page & on-site video
- Influencer/UGC collaborations
Your mission:
Increase performance, elevate brand perception, and build a scalable creative system.
You will:
- Develop structured creative testing roadmaps for paid media
- Lead ideation for both performance and brand content
- Write and refine high-converting hooks and scripts
- Brief and direct video editors & UGC creators
- Build repeatable systems for producing winning content
- Collaborate closely with media buying and growth teams
- Analyze performance data to guide iteration
- Improve CTR, reduce CPA, and fight creative fatigue
- Ensure our brand voice is consistent across all video touchpoints
- Build and maintain a database of hooks, angles, trends, and insights
This is not a “make pretty videos” role.
This is a creative leadership role that blends performance marketing with brand storytelling.
🎯 Who You Are
You Have:
- 3–6+ years in performance-focused video advertising or digital content
- Produced hundreds of short-form videos
- Worked closely with media buyers or growth teams
- Strong understanding of direct response psychology
- A sharp instinct for storytelling, pacing, and audience retention
- Comfort reading dashboards and interpreting performance metrics
Bonus if you have experience in:
- iGaming, sweepstakes, mobile apps, fintech, or regulated verticals
- UGC scripting and creator management
- Building creative testing frameworks
- Scaling both paid and organic short-form content
